*DEAD* ? $2.00 off ONE Welch's 100% Juice

First, I want to say, I cannot guarantee everyone will get the survey. I have no way of knowing.

Here's what I did to get the coupon. I clicked on promotions tab first, tried printing the coupon, then I clicked on products tab. A survey popped up. After completing the survey I was able to print the $2.00 off one Welch's 64 oz. product coupon. Print limit is one.
